Current website behavior
The current icareDesk website code does not set first-party cookies and does not include advertising or analytics scripts. The troubleshooting filter runs in the page and does not need browser storage. The animated interface, navigation, FAQ sections, and guide tools also work without setting cookies.
Your browser, operating system, email application, hosting provider, security layer, or a website reached through an external link may process information or use storage independently. Those systems are not controlled by this page.
What cookies and browser storage are
Cookies are small values a website asks a browser to store and send with later requests. Browser storage can also keep information on a device without sending it automatically with every request. These technologies are often used for sign-in, preferences, security, analytics, or advertising.
